World's Worst Scores!

For a long time now, I’ve been tracking these terrible scores from tournaments or really any play. If you have a score to add or replace, just post here with your story and I’ll keep editing the list.

These are actual attempts to play and get a good score: no deliberate tanking is involved in any of these scores, believe it or not.

I took a 21 on my last game of 2001 in Orlando for classics qualifying. Oops.

Aquarius: 1607, Snow Derby: 0/DQ (lol), Spanish Eyes: 8640. Terrible.

I’m not including any DQ scores but some of the lowest EM scores are tilt-ends-game mishaps. Zen, your other scores are not world’s worst – Aquarius is at 177 (!!) and Spanish Eyes is at 6740.

That 21 from Brian is pretty amazing. What happened, the zeros got deleted?

Your own score, or someone else’s? In general I don’t use scores from unknown / beginner / casual players since being on the list may feel like a stigma. To be eligible for the list you have to submit the score yourself or it has to be from a player capable of playing that game much better

It should be noted that my 0 on NBAFB was on very early software. Reading about that score on rgp is actually what made them add scoring with the ball in the pops.

I actually WON a tournament game on Medieval Madness with 700,000 and change. My opponent had 400k. That was a couple of years ago at Club 21.

What I can never figure out is why my opponents never get those scores when they’re playing against me. I’m sure it’s selective memory, but it seems the usual thing I hear in competitive play is NOT “that was my worst score ever” but rather “wow, that’s like triple my previous high score!” Sigh.

Ha, this truly is the worst score, in PAPA B 2013. Missed every single ramp and immediate drain I believe. Probably tilted as well. The score ended up on a non finished ticket due to an error.
