Everyone who had completed their account signup by last Wednesday was paid out last Thursday. Anyone who completes their account sign up by October 3 will be paid on October 4 (60 days from the completion of the event).

When I checked yesterday, a grand total of 5 people had completed the account process since last week. For those curious, I paid out 202 prizes last week.
