The ball gets stuck there with great regularity too. Iā€™d just take it out if I had it.

Disable the back target after X # of Raptor MB? Forces the player to shoot the dangerous front targets to make progress. Could do it just for the gate phase, or also the fence integrity phase? (Shrug)

I still donā€™t know if you can deliberately aim for that backwards side left target on the proā€¦

Anything that can be done in tournament settings to release a ball in the in raptor paddock for the next player up on the game? Seems like a pretty big advantage to already have a ball locked in there. I guess we can just disable the target bank and that would solve the problem :slight_smile:

There are settings to change what the back target does. Spot all or spot 1.

Ah, thatā€™s right. But setting it to spot 1 will just make it even more grindy, yes?

Simply having slings fine-tuned to be sensitive will also somewhat negate the strategy, because any flubbed live catch will probably be in the slings.

I think I got one from a 6-way combo once.

Actually, it looks like the slings scored 4x the Amber value instead of 2x, and I donā€™t know why. He was in Raptor MB and had the 2x Raptor Jackpots perk, but that shouldnā€™t have doubled the Amber slings.

Did some poking around with the glass off to look for the wildcard fossils and these are all the ones I could find:

  • 25 Rescues
  • 28 Loops
  • 25 Tower Shots
  • Smart Missile
  • 6-Way Combo
  • King of the Island - Light jackpots on all 8 shots

Itā€™s a nice touch that most of them canā€™t be collected until late-game where youā€™ll get the most utility from a wildcard. The King of the Island one feels way too hard though; the KOTI jackpots max out at 5x so I think that would be a good time to award the fossil rather than requiring all 8 shots to be qualified for JPs.

The wiki rulesheet mentions that you can get a fossil by collecting a 5x super JP in T-Rex multiball, but I was not able to recreate this. Am I missing something or is that info just incorrect?
