Did you complete the tournament and later re-opened it? That would’ve closed the rounds unless you unchecked the “close open rounds” checkbox when completing the tournament

I’m sure one of the assistant TDs accidentally did.
Could we add a warning that TDs are about to close a round without results because this results in a closed tournament with incomplete Standings? I just know I’m gonna hear it from the IFPA because the Standings link is the one they ask for when verifying results, and right now that one shows just 3rd and 4th place.
Are players supposed to be able to suggest partial scores? We were using player suggestion at the Buffalo 3X, and it would be great to be able to input the scores on the 1P games. But it didn’t seem to save partial suggestions. I know you can as a score keeper. I expect there is a good technical reason.
I can add warnings all day long, but the most important thing is to have a conversation with your TDs to not complete a tournament before it’s over. Software can only do so much…
I have reopened the rounds for you. So go back, re-open the tournament, enter the missing result and finally close the tournament one more time and you should be all set!

They are not. I would love to add the feature, but I can’t until I close down the old MP Live suggested results. Letting players submit partial results requires a schema change and that schema change will make the old MP Live implementation behave in totally unpredictable ways. If automatic acceptance of suggested results is enabled it really has the potential for wrecking an entire tournament.

@haugstrup , we use the IFPA rankings button on the Players tab while registering people to determine if they are a veteran or relatively new to competitive pinball (rank > 10,000). New players need to only cover their $1 IFPA fee, while veterans contribute to the pot with a $6 entry.
Could we add a button or simply another column on the IFPA rankings pop-up that shows Women Rankings so the ladies can use this handy tool for the same purpose at Belles events?
Also, any hope for a dark mode in the future? Blue light fatigues this retired IT’s eyes quickly.

Wishlist item: Stats to see how “balanced” our player pairings are. We use the “Balanced pairing across series” option for league meets. I’m curious to see how well it’s actually balancing out over the course of a season with varying levels of player attendance.

IFPA didn’t use to provide the women’s rank to people like me, but I see that it’s now in there. I’ll see if I can’t get this added in
As for dark mode: I noodle on it every now and again. It’ll happen, but it’s a ton of work so progress is slow.

Introducing player and arena labels
The tournament organizer can assign one or more short labels to players and arenas along with a color. These labels are displayed next to the name in the tournament.
You could use labels to show who is eligible for A/B/novice divisions or awards, who is the TD or scorekeepers, where an arena is located or whatever strikes your fancy!
Player and arena labels are pretty flexible, I’d love to hear what you’ll be using them for.
A few other features powered by labels:
- Assign player labels based on IFPA rankings
- Filter the lists on Players/Arenas tabs by label
- Filter tournament standings by label
- Draw only arenas for a specific label when creating rounds

I’ve imported all the women’s rank numbers into Match Play. I had to make the table sortable to feel like the data was useful so you get that now as well:
A person’s women’s rank is now also displayed on their Match Play profile page

The players labels are awesome… I am using IFPA 1001+ for Novice and and 1-250 for Pro and the set rank label works super slick, unfortunately you can only use one label for one player as when I add tournament and pro togehter it overrides the label. No big deal I will just be a TD 
So nice to be able to assign mass groups a label saves so much time and the submission for IFPA will be much cleaner. Thanks!
Would also be cool if player labels could be tied to a series so TDs could be labeled “TD” for a league season and not have to be added individually each night.
