Each knot also increases the award for cashing out your gear by 50M.

“Each knot” does this mean each shot as part of the combo or each completed combo? I assume the combo must be complete because 1-3 shots should probably not be worth 50M each.

Once encounters are lit, further shots to the captive ball will boost the next shark encounter in the following ways:

• 1st captive ball hit - adds 15 seconds of time to the encounter.
• 2nd captive ball hit (complete all targets) - 5M & lights gear.
• 3rd captive ball hit (complete all targets) - next encounter scores 2x.

These “Captive ball hits” are the chum bucket ball or shark hits or boat bashes?
