I have received several complaints in recent weeks about the fact that Twitch embeds autoplay when a topic is opened. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do on my end to prevent this, it is entirely based around how Twitch has set things up on their side. Therefore, I have setup the forum to never embed Twitch links going forward. The links will still be clickable, but they will not be embedded and playable within TiltForums. This applies to posts made from now on, old posts that have already been embedded will continue.

I have discovered that if you find a message with and autoplaying Twitch embed, you can edit it, remove the link, save it, edit again, paste back the link, and it won’t embed. If you have a post that is autoplaying, or you have global edit access on the site, feel free to fix these as you encounter them.
