High Stakes Trivia Hints, take two:

There is a golf-related clue, but no golf-themed machine.

Capitals matter, but things aren’t exactly what they seem.

Careful, don’t get yourself tied up in Knotts.

And sometimes, like when not capitalized, things are what they seem.

Welocme to the final regular trivia!
Thanks to everyone who played this year!

Ok…you know the rules…here we go…good luck!

High Stakes:
Iron Man
Grand Lizard
Hokus Pokus
NBAFB
CFTBL
Earthshaker
Godzilla

Iron Man
Hokus Pokus
Prospector
Cheetah
Grand Lizard
Hoops
Creature from the Black Lagoon

that would make a pretty deadly bank for a $50 high stake ticket!

High Stakes Trivia will be closing Tonight at 6 p.m. PST. We’re giving everyone one final clue, and Everyone gets one final guess, even if you’ve already made one since 4 pm yesterday. Here goes.

My travel agent booked me a nice winter holiday: Hawaii and Brazil. I plan to see Mauna Kea and then a couple of things in Rio.

Last chance, good luck to all!

Iron Man
Grand Lizard
Hokus Pokus
NBAFB
CFTBL
Volcano
Deadpool

Mauna Kea is known for its large observatories, where Stargazers can look at Saturn’s Rings [which are immensely larger than onion rings]. The Rio Casino [as in High Roller, the one game I know of where collecting Chips is a primary goal, and they’re similar-sized-to-Doritos chips] is famous as the home of Penn & Teller, who do a pretty good Theatre of Magic [see the two rabbits on the playfield] show. I was surprised how many folks went for Hokus Pokus while I saw no one go for ToM.

Congrats to Michael Welsh, who clearly is tuned in on much of my weirdness!
