How many TGP equals TGP 100%?

I was cruising through https://www.ifpapinball.com/menu/ranking-info/#tva and https://www.ifpapinball.com/menu/tgpguide2019/ , but I’m having difficulty finding the TGP (total games played) required to reach TGP 100% (tournament grade percentage)

What’s the cut off?

4% per meaningful game played . . . 25 meaningful games played will get you there.
