ColorDMD customer service props

Last week I ordered and received a ColorDMD for my Metallica, Unfortunately I ran into a trouble installing the firmware. After i went through the trouble shooting checklist on their website i determined it had to be a defective USB port on the controller board. Since it was a Saturday i didn’t bother to call them and instead sent an email. Much to my surprise i got a response back a few hours later saying they’d send out a new board and a prepaid envelope for the return postage. I already consider this excellent customer service, but what really floored me is how quickly i received the new board. i emailed them on Saturday and received the new board on Monday afternoon. How do they even get the post office to deliver across the country that quickly?
Bottom line the folks at ColorDMD rock! Great product and even better service
