I still wish every game would tell you how much bonus you lost on a tilt. I dont need a high score table for it, I just wanna know how bad I messed up in the moment.

I don’t want to see it. Adds insult to injury. Once the tilt has occurred, I don’t want to look back, let alone be taunted by the machine. That’s what my friends are for.
Seems like it might enrage already aggressive players playing on location. Maybe best to make it an option with default config to off. Let the home owner or operator decide.
Then don’t look.
I think the machine is warranted a bit of verbal retaliation after being shoved around.
Those folks will always find something to rage about. Fun fact: last night after two consecutive routine drains, I saw a TD rage kick the leg of a neighboring machine (ball one), then lift & drop a foosball by its handles (ball two). Rage gonna rage.
I’m fine with verbal retaliation. One of my favorite tilt sound calls is on AC/DC. ‘Oh shit, you tilted!’ I just don’t want to hear or see how many points I lost. I get that some do want to see it, so making it an option, like adult language, would be great.
I’m not talking about tilt. Any drain or tilt will show your lost carnage bonus only if it’s over a certain amount. Say 100 million.
well there may be an need for say an TD to have that info in some cases.
Another minor update I hope we’ll get: pause the ball save and saucer timers when the ball is held in the scoop (since sometimes 3-4 videos end up getting played during that time). An earlier code update paused some of the times (like megalon) but in my experience these two still time out while the player is unable to take action.
I think Elwin has taken the stance of don’t park the ball if you don’t want to lose your timers.
but there is also that other software bug seen on this an other sterns in where at times the game can stack up videos / other things and after an delay (looks like the game is running slow) they all play out and yes even an delayed ball save (kick out) after waiting can happen. GOT was bad with that.
Now does / can online lag slow down the game with the connected pop ups if there is an slow / lagged internet? or and XX delay on network drop out?
Now the timers display may say over but they are still paused??
now there maybe an display vs real time left lag (not the same as grace time) or display update lag.
Spike 3?? or 2.5 is in the works with more cpu power.
Hmm, he made the change for megalon. Sometimes it’s not a choice. Example: You hit the ultra secret skill shot. At least three videos will cue to play. None of them skippable. Hitting the shot adds (I think) 8 seconds of ball save time. I believe you end up losing most of it.
Godzilla is a game that can cue up an ungodly number of video clips to play when a bunch of stuff has happened recently and the ball finally comes to a stop on the magna grab or scoop. A middle ground way to mitigate the negative impacts would be to allow the play to blow them off.
Agree on the skill shot, but fairly minor. But I’m okay with them not pausing for really anything. Especially ball saves.

New code! Featuring, of all things, a multiball with a flip counter. This adds some much-needed value to Mechagodzilla Multiball, as this mini-wizard mode also acts as a roadblock to later Godzilla Power-Ups. Also buffed the “collect bonus” awards from Godzilla Power-Ups.
Wondering why we still can’t blow off the mb start animation or the city bonus calculation screen….gotta go fast!
