Pin-Golf Question

I’m planning on running a pin-golf tournament, 18 holes/games. I’ll be using matchplay.events

My question is: what’s the best practice if a game goes down and can’t be fixed? Is there a way in matchplay.events to simply not count that game? Meaning, the tournament then becomes a 17 hole/game tournament? Or do I have to substitute the broken game for a working one, then have everyone play that new game? I’m hoping that’s not the answer as it would completely bog down the event…
