āEach knotā does this mean each shot as part of the combo or each completed combo? I assume the combo must be complete because 1-3 shots should probably not be worth 50M each.

Question regarding the Hammerhead. Letās say you close a beach out, lose your ball (so no more beach award), then collect the hammerhead. Does that beach percentage award go back into play?
I think the rulesheet might be wrong in general that the beach-closed values are lost at end of ball?
I just tried it on the machine at my local bar today - the beach-closed value definitely stayed in place after a drain, I saw the increased value still there for shots during both Jaws MB and Night Search MB. This machine is on old code (from before 4th of July was added), but I donāt see anything in the readme that the beach-closed behavior ever changed.
So the restore perk for the Hammerhead only matters regarding after Rescue MB, since thatās the only way the beach-closed values go away, if Iām correct here.
Thatās how I understand it.

I love the update Stern added. The retro Nintendo style game is nice and changed the Insider modes to only use 10 shark teeth.
I managed to sell out gear twice in one game for the first time today, and I noticed the base value increased from 15M the 1st time to 20M the 2nd time, so I got 320M for 5 pieces of gear the 2nd time. Iāve updated the rulesheet, with values for 1-4 and 6 pieces of unused gear extrapolated from this data.
Does anyone know if the base value simply increases by 5M for each subsequent sell-out (e.g. a 3rd time would be worth 25M base)?
For Jaws1 multi-ball, only 5 jackpots are required to complete it, rather than 10, as it is currently documented. Also, might be good to document the rewards for the secret and super secret skill shots. I know the super secret lights gear, but not sure what else they do.
Secret just awards the current skill shot value. Super secret lights gear and advances the normal skill shot level (ie. if level 2 skill shot was lit and super secret skill shot was made instead, level 3 skill shot will be available on the next ball).
Likely. I had one time where I sold gear for the 3rd time in a game, with all six unused, and the value was 625M. That tracks with a base of 25M x 25 for it being 6 pieces.
Does anyone know if Stern is planning another code update so you donāt have to sit there for 30 seconds while the āSearch MBā video reel plays without you being able to double-click past it?

Iām a little confused with this. Do you have to play the game going for that specifically to have all gear unused? In my mind, Iām going to use the gear as I just progress through the game. Forgive my ignorance. Iām still trying to figure out how to build up the machete.
I wasnāt specifically trying to leave the gear unused. It happened because I was going for quickshots and nothing else while the quickshot multiplier was maxed at 7x. That collected all the gear and I ended up cashing it out all unused. I wouldnāt try to purposely avoid using any gear just for the cashout.
To build up the machete, complete any shark encounter mode. The easiest one is Pond Attack started at the fishing reel, it only requires three shots to the reel.
