Jaws 50th

Please remove if not appropriate, but was looking to see what others thought on the Jaws 50th package. Not trying to start a hate or hype train.

I think it looks pretty, but my brain immediately goes to “oh brass mod would be cool on an LE/Prem” or “I wonder if you can get glitter mylar for other Playfields”

And less so feeling that playing this machine would add anything that a premium would not.

I completely understand it’s for those who want something “limited” and may already have thoughts about getting custom powder coating or something to their pro jaws. But it feels like not enough to push someone to purchase.

But here is the thing, the Godzilla anniversary edition could 100% have the same things said about it, it’s just a colour variant (correct me if I’m wrong)but somehow, it makes me giddy seeing it light up, it feels like a differential that actually makes me have to think about the OG and the anniversary edition.

Would love some thoughts, not calling it a cash grab, but very interested in what others think.

I like the 50th package better than the standard premium package. The movie poster art, glitter playfield, and brass wireforms are all positive additions. I would have rather had a different trim package such as white or even the stock black but the red wouldn’t preclude me from buying the game if I were in the market for a NIB Jaws. But if my choices were OG Premium for $8k huo or NIB 50th at msrp I would buy the OG. But if prices were the same I would definitely go for the 50th. it looks better and resale value should hold better since there will be far fewer of them.
