Whirlwind has soft lock stealing I believe, and also has virtual locks for the players behind (ramp raises and a “lock” is scored for shooting the saucer under it).

I have a ROM for a fixed jackpot reset if anyone wants it. Resets to 3M. You can change the jackpot advance to 1k a top lane to essentially give everyone the same jackpot as well.
