I second adding the results of matches to the big screen view. Sometimes players notice errors on the big screen and they can be corrected before the next round. Some players believe it not don’t use their mobile device and rely on the big screen.
You probably already know that it highlights the TD’s current game and their standing on the big screen. I guess that is a bug unless it’s a feature.
For average arena game times it would be more useful to be average game time per player. A 3-player game going 30 minutes is different than a 4-player game going 30 minutes, and it’s not apparent which games may have had 3 players. Or it could be normalized to a 4-player game time if most games are 4 players. For example, 30 minutes on a 4-player game of Rush and 19 minutes on a 3-player game of Rush would average to 7 minutes per player or the equivalent of 28 minutes per 4-player game.
Honestly, I was so busy running our last event a couple of players had troubles inputting their scores via IPHONE so I told them to enter on tablet. The other issue I have run into is if you submit results via Next and the old in the same tournament it can cause some confusion on the final standings. Other than that works really slick, the members really like the notifications to start true next round.
@chuckwurt you can’t pay for a premium subscription on the new site yet (and it’s my own personal nightmare figuring out how/if I can transfer subscriptions). It would be a poor financial decision for me to kill the old site right now
Would it be terrible to just cancel all premium subscriptions effective the date of the change, and make everyone start anew on the new website? I know that screws over people that just renewed, but I don’t think it would be that bad.
Well, I’m a nice guy and might end up doing the nice version of that. Your current subscription counts on the new version, but once it runs out you have to renew manually on the new version
In knockout tournaments when you go to a player’s page that shows all their completed matches it shows their finish positions all wrong. 4th when they won the game, like it’s the reverse order or something. Some games have no position.
I just looked at an old knockout tourney and I definitely see some wrong results listed in the player “all matches” section but then a bunch of them appear to be displayed correctly as well.
Fair point, I just opened up this 4 strike KO tournament: 84334 (Match Play Events) and I notice that it’s missing a bunch of that player area “all matches” placement information entirely. I also have this 10X Progressive Strike: 78997 (Match Play Events)

Round 9
Marcel > All Matches > displays 4th but should display either 0 strikes or 1st / 2nd, I’m not sure which. resultPositions and resultPoints are inconsistent.
the correct results are Michael and Marcel not getting strikes, and it did report this properly to the standings, but when marcel clicked on the match, it showed the results incorrect
