It’s actually really easy to have something shipped to a convention center or hotel. Your hotel likely wouldn’t even charge you. Both literally have full time employees that deal with this sort of thing. Small packages to hotels are generally free.

I ended up getting the GCI chair that @chuckwurt posted because I found the idea of having a chair back and drink holder really appealing. I have twice spilled a Dr Pepper on the floor during the event, and I’d like to avoid a third time.
