I have not received the refund either after getting the email.

Edit: just got comfirmation email from my bank that the refund came through.

In most cases where refunds are concerned, itā€™s typically 3-5 business days when processing from the vendor, and the can be up to 7-10 to see anything in bank accounts depending on the bankā€™s process. Plus youā€™ve got to factor in weekends and holidays. So technically it can take up to 2 weeks but most vendors donā€™t know most bankā€™s refund policy timeline.

Edit: I am not associated with Showclix but I have processed a lot of refunds for various events this year.

That makes sense. The money showed up in my account on Sunday. A bit harrowing because, like most of us, I wasnā€™t just buying Pinburgh registration for myself but for four friends and so it wasnā€™t just my money

Also got mine. It was back dated to December 29th, but not actually processed until this past week, so I had to go digging to find the entry on my credit card statement.
