Interesting as I’ve never had it successfully work on our full throttle. Can change it menu during game but still ends after 3 balls.
I tested on ALIEN, not Full Throttle.

Ahhhh. Makes sense. Wish all the little quirks were out of full throttle. I really do love the game.
I want to point out that this section is no longer completely true. A system update in 2018 (can’t remember version number) prevents the game from jumping back to BALL 1.
The game will not end if you set balls per game below current ball in play until the end of that ball in play for all players

labyrinth pinball lets change stuff mid game with but…
No coin door saver as of 10/16/2024 code and game logic keeps running in the background while in menus.
so need to have ball not on flipper as power loss with door open.

The Big Lebowski does allow you to add balls in the middle of an active game.
Also if the interlock opens it will kill the flippers and go to end of ball bonus. Use something to keep the interlock switch closed independent of the coin door.
