Does it change from subsequent SJPs?
No, I believe it uses the same formula b/c I see subsequent Super JPs only being about 1-2M more than the previous.
So it makes sense to shoot the super JP as soon as it is lit as you’re not getting much benefit for holding off and shooting more JPs prior to collecting.

NOTE: Disco Multiball on the Premium appears to kick in as a stage 2 option after Disco Loops. Unclear whether this is tied to a higher level of spins, or is a post-Sauron, stage 2, event.
I’m fairly sure it goes like this. On the Pro, Disco MB starts after 60, 120, 180, 240, etc spins (not sure if it keeps escalating or if there’s ever a ceiling.) On the Premium, it’s 60 for Disco Loops, 120 for Disco MB, 180 for Disco Loops, 240 for Disco MB, etc. Meaning that the loops and the multiball alternate on each interval. (This could definitely be explained more clearly than the current text here.)
