I think this is the actual reason it’s so tricky. On any other game the points awarded for any shot are displayed. If they aren’t, the score is displayed. On a spooky table this isn’t true so there’s no way to tell if a shot you hit was “good” or not. There’s no points feedback.

here’s my 4th game playing and I settled into a super beast all day strategy. This was the safest way to play the game so my mode total was always high after the multiball. But the only way I could know if this was good versus any other mode would be to play another mode that “felt” equally good and compare the scores at the end.
