your description of events is different than the original one in which it seemed Player A was DQd before you played their ball. My use of “clueless” was in regards to not knowing that someone had just DQd by playing your ball.

I’ll have to remember this if it happens to a group near me. Those free balls aren’t just for the other 3 players of the group. At Pinburgh there are 699 other players that have the same rights towards that practice ball, and hell, even staff that isn’t playing can join in the fun.
Perhaps someone can create a mini-tournament around this
