Pinburgh - Allow byes to come in later for finals.

I’ve seen this happen before … it’s about prize money. Suppose they made final 40 in A division of Pinburgh. But for whatever reason (poor planning or emergency) they need to leave Saturday morning. By checking in and leaving, they are assuming they will get 40th place, and still the $300 prize money. If the don’t show, they get nothing.

I could understand someone doing that to assure themselves a prize. But in this case the Top 40 players made the finals and only the top 30 received prizes and even if he did win a prize, it had to be cashed at the show. There was no tangible benefit to checking in and leaving for this.
