Registration
Online
We highly recommend you register ahead of time. Avoid waiting in line! We are using ShowClix this year for Intergalactic registrations. Click “BUY TICKETS!” on the ReplayFX website above. You will receive an email with your Player # and PIN # prior to the tournament.
There is a $2.50 service charge in addition to the $20 registration. It’s my understanding that you will not be able to avoid this fee by registering in person the days of the tournament.
You DO NOT need to pay $1 extra for mobile ticketing if you’re just buying an Intergalactic entry. We’ll email you your player ID and pin # before the tournament. You won’t need to show a printed or mobile copy of your ticket.
Online registration will be shut off on Thursday Aug 1st.
In Person
You can register in person during open qualifying hours. See schedule at link above.
Scorekeeping
We need a lot of scorekeepers for this event. If you are able to contribute at least a 2 hour shift we would be extremely grateful. All scorekeepers giving at least 2 hours will get a free Intergalactic tournament entry ($22.50 value) and get a T-shirt. Do not buy a ticket if you’re going to scorekeep. If you already have bought one please let us know and we can get it refunded.
We’re using Neverdrains.
Even if you’re playing in Pinburgh PLEASE sign up to scorekeep any shift after noon on Saturday. If you make a deep run in Pinburgh finals we’ll deal with it, just let us know that you’re crushing Pinburgh.

Note that Intergalactic scorekeeping also counts towards general volunteer compensation. If you plan on volunteering 4 or more hours total please make sure you’ve filled out the volunteer form at https://replayfx.org/volunteer/ so that you receive that compensation.
