OK, well I certainly was wrong then. Thanks for the example. I also think there is a difference if a player has been dq’d because of cheating (like you stated earlier in the thread). In those cases, they should never be getting any prizes or wpprs.

I don’t kick the game per se, but I definitely use my leg to assist with saves (I regularly bruise my knee or thigh doing this) as I am not good at getting the leverage I need with my arms only. I suspect this might be a short person thing to do, although I’ll own up to being a weakling too.

I do this too and I’m 5’10". I just don’t have upper body strength.

I certainly won’t be trying that again - especially not after half a dozen Belgian beers before the tournament has even started. It certainly didn’t improve my play that weekend playing balanced on one foot.
